Our Work

Common Questions

How much do new windows cost?

Windows are a custom product, so every quote is specific to your home - size, frame material, brand, glass package, and access all move the number. A full-home replacement typically starts in the low five figures and scales from there.

We give you an exact, itemized price after we measure the openings - one flat quote, broken out window by window. No guesswork, no surprises, and no padded change orders later.

How long does installation take?

Most window installations run one to three days. A few openings can be done in an afternoon; a full custom replacement on a larger estate may take a week. You get a confirmed schedule before we start.

Every opening is sealed and secured before we move to the next - your home is never left exposed overnight, and our crews protect the interior and landscaping throughout.

Can you match the existing style of my home?

In most cases, yes. Across our sixteen window brands we carry aluminum, steel, bronze, and wood in dozens of profiles - from slim modern sightlines to traditional frames to architectural bronze.

Send us a photo of what you have now. We'll match it closely, or show you a higher-performing upgrade that suits your home without changing its character.

Do you handle permits and HOA approvals?

Yes - on every project. New windows require a building permit in both Florida and Illinois, and most communities add a separate HOA or architectural review on top of that.

We pull every permit, submit the HOA paperwork on your behalf, and schedule all required inspections - including any product approvals your area requires, such as Miami-Dade in Florida. The paperwork is ours to manage, not yours.

What's the warranty?

Your windows are covered by the manufacturer - typically five to ten years on frames and hardware, with lifetime glass coverage from most of the brands we install.

On top of that, our own workmanship warranty covers the installation. If anything ever fails because of how it was installed, we come back and fix it - you deal with SAVOCCHI, not the manufacturer.
