Common Questions

Is the consultation free?

Yes — the consultation, the site visit, and the measurement are all free, and there's no obligation at the end of it. We look at the openings, talk through what you're trying to achieve, and put together an itemized quote.

If the numbers don't work for you, that's a fine outcome. You keep the quote, and you won't get chased afterwards.

What happens after I send this form?

A SAVOCCHI specialist reads it and gets back to you within one business day. The first call is short — what you're working on, where the property is, and roughly when you'd like it done.

If it's a fit, we book the site visit from there. Nothing is committed until you've seen a written quote.

What should I have ready?

Nothing formal. Photos of the openings help, and rough dimensions help more, but neither is required — we measure everything ourselves before quoting.

If you already have architect's drawings, an HOA packet, or a spec from your builder, send them across and we'll work from those.

Which areas do you cover?

Our Miami office covers South Florida, Palm Beach, and the Caribbean. Our Chicago office covers Chicago, the North Shore, and the surrounding suburbs.

Island and out-of-state projects are routine for us — they take more planning around shipping and permitting, so the earlier you get in touch, the more room we have to work with.

How soon can you start?

Site visits are usually within the week. After that, the timeline is driven by fabrication — most windows and doors are built to your openings, so allow several weeks between order and installation, longer for custom entrances.

Installation itself is typically one to three days. You'll have a confirmed schedule before anything is ordered.
